Grace House is a nonprofit organization that provides safe, temporary shelter for people experiencing homelessness. Guests may stay for up to 30 days if needed, focusing on the life and job skills that lead back to self-sufficiency in the community.
The shelter includes an on-site mini resource center where guests can access employment and housing opportunities, and private office spaces for confidential meetings with Grace House's trained staff and other professionals.

Where our guests come from
Homelessness in Itasca County rarely looks like a stereotype. Guests arrive from doubled-up living rooms, motels, evictions, and — for one in five — from sleeping outside or in a car.
The homeless population in Itasca County has increased by 22% in the past three years.
